Goals/Mission:
Site engineer for I&S IS (Industrial Services) E&C (Engineering & Construction) business
Experience:
¡¡ ¡¡ Working experience in basic industries / Chemical / Petro Chemical /Manufacturing Industry as electrical engineer supervisor,hands on experience on project / site management for electrical / automation project implementation
¡¡ ¡¡ Hands on experience & deep understanding of project management &related tools
¡¡ ¡¡ Leadership experience and intercultural experience are preferred
Additional Information:
¡¡ ¡¡Strong interpersonal skills with established relationships with DIs(Design Institutes) /industry customers
¡¡ ¡¡ Work independently, willing to travel frequently and work under pressure
Owning large customer information and following up the sales procedure. |
Buyer request: |
1.Purchase complex production parts and materials designed and manufactured exclusively for C&K in support of Customer orders.
2.Identify price reduction opportunities through the use of alternate vendors, discounts, rebates, and standardization to obtain the lowest cost possible for each part purchased in coordination with Global Sourcing
3.Evaluate material requirements data and schedules orders to ensure continuous flow of parts to meet manufacturing needs while maintaining acceptable inventory levels for assigned Product Families
4.Determine accuracy of order information (terms of payment, delivery, quantity, and materials specifications, Approve ECN¡¯s) and issue purchase orders. Approve invoices and issue debit/credit memos.
5.Responsible to maintain proper inventory levels (Raw Material, WIP and FG) according to corporate standards for all parts assigned to them. Responsible for creating written contingency plan for all parts over acceptable inventory levels.
6.Initiate correspondence regarding shortages, over shipments, quality issues, discrepant invoices, and precious metal surcharges to appropriate suppliers, internal and external customers.
7.Seek to maintain the lowest lead-times of Manufactured and Purchased material for the facilities as established by Corporate Goals and Objectives.
8.Create and release work orders to manufacturing to meet all customer demand on time.
9.Establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with suppliers¡¯ representatives, including but not limited to Customer Service, Manufacturing Management, Shipping/Receiving, Mfg Eng and Design Eng.
10.Maintain technical currency in fields related to C&K products. Provide current information on new materials and processes, parts availability and pricing.
11.Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
12.Act as an agent for the facility in making shipment promise dates for orders being expedited in the system on Customer orders that were entered within 24 hours. Coordinate this process with manufacturing management .
Competencies & Requirement:
1.Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Business or Engineering
2.3-5 years Buying and or Planning in a manufacturing environment with good sense.
3.PC & MS Office skills
4.Member of ISM (NAPM),CPM certification preferred APICS certification preferred
5.Must be fluent in English ,if can speak mandarin in the country without speaking Chinese who can speak mandarin will be prevail. |

Quality engineer |
Job duties:
1.Conduct incoming material inspection according to incoming inspection instruction.
2.ECN or CCN documents monitoring.
3.Conduct weekly process/5S audit and simple training for production QC .
4.First article evaluation and data verification.
5.Process quality issue feedback (in process quality issues)
6.Outgoing inspection for all finished goods according to shipping request . |
Qualification:
Essential:
Well organized, proactive and independent.
Minimum 2-3 year¡¯s professional quality inspecton experience.
Team work player.
Good communication skill.
Being patient and can word under pressure.
Good ability for drawing reading .
Preferred:
Experience and knowledge in die-cut or label factories is preferred.
Mechanic background is prefered.
Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14001 is prefered. |
IT system management engineer |
Responsibilities:
Be in charge of IT software and system development improvement and maintenance, including: system requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing and document creation. The developed system will mainly focus on production data collection, analysis and report.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Over 2-year experience in system development, especially in JAVA and DB2 development. Experience in J2EE and websphere will be preferred.
3.Proficient in JAVA or C# development, DB2 maintenance and websphere application server administration. Great knowledge in software engineering and development documentation administration.
4.Master websphere studio application development, .NET or JBuilder
5.Good command of written and spoken English.
